National ID / Passport Number

Product Warranty Details (linked to your account)
We strictly do not collect:

Payment or financial information
Additionally, we access the device camera to allow users to capture product images for warranty and claim processing purposes.

Provide notifications and service updates via push messages

Expired warranty-related data may be removed automatically from the system after a designated archival period.

Our apps are not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have inadvertently collected data belonging to an individual under 13, it will be deleted immediately.
