Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the mobile applications provided by Etrust (PVT) Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

Platform Role Disclaimer
Etrust (PVT) Ltd does not issue, manage, or validate product warranties. We provide a neutral digital platform that allows third-party merchants and distributors to issue and manage product warranties. The responsibility for any warranties, including terms, validity, claim resolution, and customer communication, lies solely with the merchant or distributor who issued the warranty.
Etrust (PVT) Ltd is not liable for:
The accuracy or validity of warranty information entered by sellers
The fulfillment, delay, or rejection of warranty claims
Any disputes arising between the user and the warranty issuer
Users must address all warranty-related servicing and legal concerns directly with the issuing merchant or dealer.

Use of the App
The Etrust mobile applications are intended strictly for:
Consumers to manage product warranties, view promotions, and submit claims
Merchants to create warranties, manage incoming claims, and upload verified promotional content
You must be at least 13 years old to use the app. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable regulations.

User Accounts and Verification
To use the app, you must register using your mobile number and complete secure OTP verification. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Providing false, inaccurate, or incomplete information during registration may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination.

User Responsibilities
By accessing our ecosystem, you explicitly agree not to:
Upload or submit counterfeit, misleading, or forged warranty and product information
Impersonate another person, registered dealer, or corporate entity
Interfere with or breach the operation and security of the application infrastructure
Use the camera scanner or file upload features for unauthorized, malicious, or illegal content

Intellectual Property
All content within the app, including logos, text, iconography, graphics, codebase, workflows, and system UI design, is the exclusive intellectual property of Etrust (PVT) Ltd or its authorized licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any component of the platform without our prior written authorization.

Camera and Permissions
Our app uses your device camera solely to capture product images, barcodes, and serial numbers for digital warranty documentation. You must grant camera access for this feature to function. We do not access, scan, or store your private photo library or video files.

Termination of Service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms, abuse the platform, or engage in fraudulent activities.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Etrust (PVT) Ltd shall not be liable for any third-party merchant warranties, rejected claims, direct or indirect damages, business interruption, or data loss caused by unauthorized account access or external technical outages.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, without regard to conflict of law principles.
